Study Visa after 3yrs of doing 12th

Hi ! I’ve completed my 12th in 2015 and after that I’m currently doing my graduation in Bsc.IT. But I have got a drop in my second year and I do not want to study this further, so can I apply for Canada Study Visa and do degree or bachelors form there now

So having dropped out have you considered how you will convince immigration of your intentions and reasons for needing to study in Canada if you could not complete your degree in your home country ? What course were you even considering , not IT I assume ?
