I was refused for study permit for these reasons
• You do not have significant family ties outside Canada.
• The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application.
I applied from UAE i was on vistor visa my sop was not that good enough it was my first time so didn’t have enough experience but insight
I studied in USA for 4 years but couldn’t finish my degree came back to help my mom and take care of her and applied to university in canada got accepted for jan 2023 intake
I have questions should i reapply again
And what steps can help me to get my application approved
I am the only son so i would need to come back to pakistan to take care of my mom and family properties and land please can anyone help me for successful application. Thank you
1. should i have applied from my home. Country?
2. sop can anyone help me with drafting good sop
3. Steps to take to apply and also to mention I didn’t mention that I studied in USA should have I mention that.
