Good Evening am new
I applied online on May 5.
Receive biometic letter on May 6
Passed biometric on May 7
Receive an email on May 7 that my application is been processed I did my application online from Canada but am a Cameroonian. Since my application was done from Canada I don't know the processing time

This processing time doesn’t include:

  • the time it takes to send an application between a VAC and our office
  • the time you need to give your biometrics
 
Where is your country of residence? Are you in Cameroon right now?

Since you can't do biometrics in Canada, I assume you are not in Canada. Therefore, you didn't actually apply from "inside Canada" so that timeframe doesn't apply.

If you are in Cameroon and applied as if you are inside Canada, your application may be refused, or ateast transferred to your local visa office.

Yeah my application was done online from Canada by my big bro but am in Cameroon and I took my biometrics here in Cameroon I want to know which timeframe would they consider the one of Cameroon or that of Canada

You are in Cameroon, so Cameroon time. I hope he filled everything correctly as you being in Cameroon because the way you asked your original question was very misleading.

Is it because when he started the process I were in Canada so before he deposited my study permit I went back in Cameroon since my visitor visa was almost finished.
