Hi. I got a CAQ. To have a study permit, officer of the visa office said that:'' I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your period of residence (stay) in consideration of your personal property and your financial situation.'' What can I argue to convince the officer, because he said I can introduce a new application for the study permit. I need your assistance, please help!
