i got accepted to Humber College for Sept 2018 , and would like to apply for study permit, can my parents sponsor me and can i get a loan from the bank for proof of funds, will this loan affect my changes to getting my study permit approved

yes, your parents can provide you the money

yes, but IRCC will be much more suspicious in this case. Prepare to document everything.

what you mean by document everything?
in what way would they be suspicious. i will be using the loan towards my tuition fees etc.

keep all documentation with you, don't throw away anything.

More "suspicious" (but perfectly legal) because in many countries it is difficult for someone without corresponding assets as collateral to get a loan. If this does not apply to your case, then little to worry.
IRCC *may* just decide to investigate a bit deeper and ask you for more documents.
