Hi all,
I have a query and will be really grateful if someone can answer. I am in Canada and is going to apply for PR application soon. I am married and my husband is in home country. He wish to accompany me in Canada on a study permit. Since I have to add him in my PR application, we initially thought to add him as 'non-accompanying' so as he doesn't not jeopardize his chances of getting a study permit. But to apply for my PR I want to gain certain points based on his education. That means I have to add him as 'accompanying' spouse. My question is if he applies for PR and then try to get a study permit, what are his chances of success?
Thanks much.
