Study Permit Validation from within Canada

I received my study visa (counterfoil on the passport) and letter of introduction. Then I submitted the letter of introduction for validation through a webform. Its been a month and I haven't received it. Did anyone receive it already? if yes how long is it taking? IRCC refuses to give any updates they just say you have to wait.

Hi, I requested for the study permit to be issued by mail on 29th Jan 2021 but till date i did not receive it. Spoke many times to cic agent but they said you just have to wait. Did you receive any update?
