I applied for provincial nomination under SINP family member category last December. Now I intend to apply for a study permit in Alberta. The fact that I have already applied for a PR make me ineligible to apply for a study permit as my intent to study there becomes doubtful?
Also, my PR appication stated that if I get a nomination from Sasketchewan I would have to satay there for a minimum duaration of a few years. Does applying in alberta compromise my pr application. But they do not hav ethat course in Sasketchewan for international students!

What should I do wait for my Pr application to be processed or apply for a study permit.
