Hi Friends,

Due to covid situation I want to understand the timeline and cost differences between SDS vs Regular stream.
I want to apply for September 2021 intake. I have applied Masters in Jan 15th 2021, still I haven't received offer letter at the moment.
So your response would help to finalize which stream I need to apply.

There is no difference in cost. But timeline- hell lot of difference there! I would go for regular looking at current scenario.

Thanks for your response, I assumed SDS will take less time to provide the Visa. Not sure there is any delay for regular stream stream as well.

Another important aspect is for SDS, GIC is required.

based on the current covid situation, if a student has only 4 months time to process study permit and visa. Applying via SDS or regular stream that will be a crucial decision to make.
