Study Permit Status

Hi guys,

So i got my currernt Study Permit saying that "unless authorised, prohibited from engaging in employement in Canada". Am i able to work up to 20 hours if I am eligible? Btw, i already had a Sin number that i applied from my last study permit.

I really appreciate if anyone can help me with this
