My Canadian Study Permit application was recently refused. I applied online and have received the following reasons for rejection:
"You have not submitted written documentation from the educational institution where you intend to study that states that you have been accepted to study there.
• you submitted an offer of admission rather than a letter of acceptance...."
I intend to reapply ASAP and UofT has provided me a letter of explanation to use as supporting evidence this time. As for all other supporting documents, I will be using previously submitted documents.
I have a query regarding one of the forms--I just realized that under the travel history section on the OPTIONAL FORM 1 that I had previously submitted, I seemed to have missed out a few countries that I had visited in 2016 using the Schengen visa I had back then. Although the stamps present on my passport for all the countries I have visited in the past were scanned and submitted with the application, do you suggest I make these additions to the form now and then upload or should I submit it as it was without adding the countries I had missed out previously?
