Study Permit Refused ........ Need Help??

Ramzero this is really strange what CHC has done to you also. But I think by looking at your refusal reasons you stand at a relatively better position.

I am not an expert therefore can't suggest you the course of action. hope someone tells you what can be done in this situation. And by the way why CHC Isl visa officers are taking too long, deliberating trying for the acceptance letters of the students to eventually get expired?? This is ridiculous ! >:(
 
It's like we have to second-guess these people constantly ... anticipate what sorts of stunts they might pull on our applications and just not give them any room to pull those stunts. They could have the decency of treating us like human beings, and just letting us know what's missing in our applications or what additional documentation is needed, but no.
 
I am not Expert though ;)
however, i have two things on mind
first, apply again with the deferment letter for jan 2012 intake...
or
if your college is allowing extension till 18th September, then send them the letter from the college and ask them to consider the same application again...
better email them,
if they respond, then attached their email with your appeal...

the reason they provided for rejection is like they were waiting for the expiry date of the letter... :o
 
I am thinking to email them today . . If they give some sensible answer well in good else I apply for January intake from now . . . .

for that I have to again do the same process

Visa Fee

Visatronix fee

LOA issuing fee as they send the letter through courier and they put this fee on our shoulder of around 80$
 
Almost all of the students who have cases like yours defer their intake and they apply again with a revised Letter of Acceptance

can I go for appeal ask my institute to send me letter on their letterhead regarding the extension or defer the fees for next session and ask CHC to review my report again ?

Most people do the latter. Again this is my observation

sorry to hear about your case it seems weird well afterall itz VO responsibility to take decision in time we have submited Visa processing fee....
as far as i know u cant go in appeal.....
U have to apply again for the Study permit VISA with fresh LOA......
 
Guys I'm kinda worried too! I have the same LOA ramzero had but I got my medical call so what I'm wondering now is, if theres a possibility they'd reject me for the same reason after medical. How do I fix this loophole left in my application should I add a Extension letter with my passport which I'll send after medical or just leave it as it is, as they haven't asked for anything but a medical test?


A few suggestions here friends?

I have send the scan documents to VO to kindly look it again as there is return clearly that the student can join till 2nd of Sept where as he just highlight on the 15th of Aug only . . further more i wrote him that my institute will provide me extension till 19th of Sept on request only.

Let see what he going to reply me on that . .
 
Good luck, ramzero! I think sending them the scanned documents is a good line of approach to take. See what the CHC says.
