Hello friends,
I applied for 2025 September intake. My study visa was refused due to reasons given below. What can I do next? Please help.

• The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by paragraph R216(1)(b) of the IRPR (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/sor-2002- 227/section-216.html). I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will leave Canada, based on the following factors:
• I am not satisfied that you will be successful in your program of study due to low language test results. Refused under R216(1)(b).

I have attached following with study permit application. Full course fees was paid by my sponsor (Cousin in Canada)
1. Transcript - B.tech along with IELTS (Overall score 7 and not less than 6 individually. Confirmed with college that it meets the requirements of the course)
2. Acceptance letter from a designated learning institution (DLI)
3. PAL
4. ID proof - Aadhar card/ Passport
5. Passport
6. Financial proof - Sponsor
a. Bank statements
b. Employment + T4
c. Cover Letter explaining that full fees was paid and all remaining expenses will be taken care by Sponsor
d. Sponsor passport
e. Relationship proof with Sponsor
7. Letter of explanation -
a. Explaining why I chose Cybersecurity program after my B.Tech Computer Science
b. Why I choose Canadian York university
c. Family ties - Father's life insurance, Parents Id proofs along with my passport showing they are my parents
Indicated that I am only son and need to return to support my parents and grandparents
d. Parents' property paper
e. Community certificate as an active member and future intention to stay connected upon return to India

Please please advise on what could have gone wrong and what should I do next to apply again or appeal.

Thanks in advance.
