Hello i got refuse for my canada student visa here is the reason;

am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by
paragraph R216(1)(b) of the IRPR (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/sor-2002-227/
section-216.html). I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will
leave Canada, based on the following factors:
• Your assets and financial situation are insufficient to support the stated purpose of travel
for yourself (and any accompanying family member(s), if applicable).
• Your immigration status outside your country of nationality or habitual residence.

Can i object?

Object to what? Age, program, education, current career? Do you live in your country of citizenship? If not that is an issue you must address by showing strong ties or visa to return to current country? How much in funds did you show?

If you permit expires within a year, and your program is 2 years (guessing) then when studies are finished where are you going to live. That is a big issue for IRCC because you don’t live in Morocco but your permit for Turkey will expire. You need to show ties and career opportunities to Morocco.

How much is tuition? How long is program? 30kUSD may only be enough for one year. How will second year be paid?

The fact that you don’t have citizenship in Turkey and will likely be forced to leave Turkey soon is one of the big issues. You need to prove that you have strong ties to your home country and that you will return after your studies. You would have a higher chance of approval if you had been living in Morocco since your graduation. How long is your program and where is it located? For example if your school is in Toronto or Vancouver the cost of living is much higher than in most small towns in the Maritimes. If you have 30k in savings how will you you continue paying for subsequent years of schooling.

What school? Most programs are two years. You need to show ties to Morocco. So show career opportunities and ties to return. Just going back there to apply for another permit doesn’t show ties. Increase funds too.

What college. Private colleges are usually ”education mills” only for international students. They provide little job opportunities. And there are no admission requirements…everyone gets in.

Ties are difficult because you don’t live in Morocco. Your dad’s company is not a tie. What are your ties as your mother lives in Turkey? Siblings? Show career opportunities. Or wait until you have lived and more established in Morocco with a job.

So what is the point in going to CCTB? When you graduate you don’t get a work permit to stay in Canada so what are you plans In Morocco. You have to show concrete plans to return. Job opportunities are your only option since you cannot show long term residency in Morocco.

You should be changing schools and going to a public university or college.

I tought that after going to a private college i would switch to a community college since theyr more expensive and i cant afford it, i have no chance to get in them, i cant get a visa with my current status even if i apply from morroco show more funds?

Your first reason for refusal is funds so why not increase funds and go to a public DLI. You have to increase your funds because you are not showing enough even for a private college. If you switch, how will you pay for school. Vancouver is very expensive. As for ties, all you can do is try and show whatever ties you have - father, siblings, job opportunities and salary to justify costs.
