I was approved for a study permit in March 2020. Due to Covid, I couldn't arrive before expiration
I sent multiple emails to determine the best way to address the situation with no workable response.
Arriving at Windsor border crossing point, I filled out a temporary study permit and was told to get an extension whole it was active. Copying off all my information and printing out the form (technology issues with Java on Winfows 11), a Fedex package was sent to IRCC several days before expiration. To this point nothing back.
I will be going back next year to continue studying. Calls to the IRCC, ring and transfer but nonody answers.
Any ideas on how to get updates that they received my package, used the right forms, and they have all they need (except credit card information) to move forward.
