Study Permit - Optional Document showed date

Hi,
I submitted my study permit application on 2 Sep 2022 and uploaded all except optional documents. After submission, there is the date show under required by “4 Oct 2022” for optional document but there is no upload button and no documents requested. Is it auto generated? Is there any similar case with me? Please advise. Thank you.
