Study permit "Online application"

Hi
I'm from Syria, (I can apply for a study permit in Beirut-Lebanon- or Amman-Jordan)
i applied online for a study permit, and after that i submitted my papers to the visa office in Beirut, today they phone me and asked me to get my papers back and apply again in Amman because my online application submitted to Amman instead of Beirut, and they told me to wait till i'll be notified about the online application
on my CIC account there is a note shown after i paid the fees 125 CAD$ it says: that i can't apply online because this service is only for a specified countries which Syria not mentioned in.
this is the website to apply online, cic.gc.ca/english/e-services/mycic.asp
i submitted the following papers Online "as required by the website":
-IMM1294 Application
-Certificat d'acceptation du Québec (CAQ)
-Additional Family Information IMM5645
-Proof of Means of Financial Support
-Passport or travel document
- Digital Photo
-Letter of Acceptance
-Schedule 1
there is beside each of the previous submitted docs a column says: "Required By 14 April 2013 ", is it means that i should submit the papers in person to the visa office or what?
what can i do ?
my term starts on 1st of may
p.s. they sent me a files shows the payment and application confirmation, this means they received my online application, any way, does any body help me how to continue or what are the followed steps, and there is an option called:

Make a Request
OCWP - Request an EVN or a Transfer of Eligibility Verification

what this means ? is it enough to submit the online application ?? or there is a need to make the previous request?

I think you applied in wrong place. You applied for Study permit extension.

Please double check it.

i'm sure that i applied for a new study permit bcoz the confirmation sent to me says that exactly and in the embassy in Beirut told me the same

Because the EVN and OCWP option comes in Study permit extension.

Why don't you talk to a consultant or use the paper application.

yes u right, but this is an extra option if i want to apply online, after getting the study permit.
and i checked the application again, I'm sure it is study permit "not extension".
and what about the column beside each uploaded file that says" Required by 14 April 2013 ????

does it show that you have already provided those documents? if you've already uploaded these documents, it should say "provided" next to where it says required by 14th April

yes it shows provided, "in green", perhaps this date is the dead line to provide each file ??
