Study Permit inquiry - applied in June 2011- from Pakistan

Hello everyone,

I have applied for Study permit on 14 June, 2011.
Still waiting for the medical call...

My cousin applied by the end of May, and he haven't got any call from the embassy yet....

Though, I emailed to the CHC about the guidance but got only automatic email, in response...
my session will start by the early September and i am still not sure about the CHC response because of its such a prolonged process...\

any comment???

I'm in the same situation -- applied in June, no call for medicals yet. Hopefully we will get calls before July 31. I think they are wrapping up the previous phase of visa applications right now (i.e. people who applied in May).

I'm going to have my supervisor at my university e-mail the CHC a scanned letter. So that's one option -- contact your university and ask if they can e-mail or fax the CHC.

Do brace yourself for being a week or two late for your university program. You might also want to tip them off about the situation. People often end up being a week or two late, and it's not that big a deal in the grand scheme of things -- but let them know what's going on.

My friends have also applied in early June.They haven't received medical call yet.
Dont worry U guys will receive medical call next week or start of august according to my observation

Aftr filing ur case u must should wait 30 to 40 days for the medical call... And CHC is a bit active in these days ... So i hope u will gt ur medical call soon ..

Anyway,
I have applied for thesis based Masters Degree. The university is providing funding for the first year in the form of a scholarship and Graduate Teaching Assistantship.

well guys be patient.medical call is all unexpected and one can get the call anytime.you can predict about the time you will receive call.normally medical call can take upto 60days.so stay relaxed and hope for the best in the mean while do something productive and make the most of your time.Regards

Have u paid ud tuition fee before applying ur visa ?
If yes,,,,is there any guy who applied visa without paying tuition fee anf got visa ?

brother i already posted my comments in another post that tuition fee is mandatory to strong your case based on your home funds and other specimens of your academics with proof to them

in short you every body has to pay it, its usual practice, if you are having any concern kindly put it down with new link every single person here on this forum will highlight it with the best possible way out and BELIEVE IN ALLAH, he is all mighty and our LORD

i am also like other brothers and sisters who had applied in June Session, how ever my date was 24th but today i consult with a senior person (CIC Member) he told me by start of August( INSHALLAH with the blessings of Ramdan, we will get our Medical Calls,)

and dont wory about course starting dates, thats not the issue, can be extended a week or two or even 3 though its always after visa but keep your college uni in track when things are getting closed about your status, how ever as per past history, the VO at Concerned CHC knew it very well about the starting dates mentioned over your College Visa Letters so they have to place a final decision and they are bound to do this
