Study permit ghost update:application/profile updated

I just got a ghost update: application/profile updated to my study permit extension application. but nothing happened.

What does it mean?

Study permit extension

CIC was reviewing application of Feb 2 on March 10, so yours is going to be reviewed soon, if you are applying study permit extension.

Looks like the ghost update is not an approval signal.
