Hi,

I would like to go back to college for a diploma program in September, but I am currently on a PGWP that will expire of November 1st. I know that getting a student permit is possible, but as a PGWP holder, can I apply for the student permit from inside Canada? If possible, what application would I use?

Also, I know that I won't be able to get another PGWP after I finish my studies, but that is not a problem for me.

Thanks

Thank you.

Also, I am currently married to a Canadian citizen. We haven't filled a sponsorship application because the marriage is going to be annulled, but I was wondering if the fact that I am married would be an issue to get a new student permit.

marital status is immaterial for study permit purposes.
