Study permit for minor with parents who are applying for work permit

Hi,

I understand that letter of acceptance is required for study visa. However, I read that if there's parents are applying for work visa, this is unnecessary for minors. Instead, that a letter of explanation is required.

Anyone experienced this issue? Also, what will be the standard template for such LOE?

There is no standard template, as it doesn't need to be anything more than "accompanying parent on work/study permit".
