Study Permit Extension - Submission Confirmation not Received

I applied my Canada Study Permit extension about 24 hours ago.

I have not received the submission confirmation in the Gckey.

Also the biometrics have not been updated in the gckey.

Can someone please advice how long it takes nowadays.
