I am student at Mcgill university in Montreal. I submitted my study permit application for extension in july 6th 2018 inside Canada online , my application is still in progress as I have seen it on my online account but I left Canada back my home country last week. Now, my study permit and entry visa are expired
So, I would like to have your advice on my case and help me to figure this out.
1- Can I apply for entry visa outside of Canada separately from my Study Permit application which is being processed inside of Canada?
