Have you received your permit yet

Ya I received my study permit extension on 03 March 2020 and it is valid until 06 June 2020. My application was in processing from 24 september 2019 , IRCC requested 2019 educational transcripts from me and then on next they updated my profile. I went through same situation as your's .I tried everything like written letters to Edmonton office , Called them more than 30 times , web form and letter of explanations about the points that I was thinking the cause of delay .As now you are under implied status , I think the next college will not allow you to start program on the basis of implied status ( just check with college ) , if they allowed you to enroll in program , then go ahead with studies because with this at least you can work . Keep faith in GOD , I know this situation is very hard because I experienced all these things ( I was not able to sleep properly from December 2019 until I received my extension ).Good Luck .
