Study permit extension help needed

Hey folks

My current study permit is expiring in November and I have a valid offer letter for jan intake

Can I apply my study permit extension with just offer letter ?
Without paying my ist semester fee ?

you have to pay the semester fee and then apply for an extension with the tuition invoice and offer letter enclosed.

Thank you for your reply , actually I am going to apply for January 2018 but my current course is finishing in August and my study permit is valid till November is it fine ?
