I have applied my study permit extension on Jan.22, 2017. It has shown that they have everything they need, and do not need me to provide anything more. However, the final decision has been processing for 3 months already, which is totally out of the processing time. I have also contact them through web form, but never got a reply even though it shows that it will reply after 10 business days. And I also called them and they never pick up. Anyone have same problem? What should I do?
