study permit extension delay

Hey guyz, I have applied to extend my study permit on Oct 18th but still i didn’t receive any update about my application. cic shows 30 days of processing time, than why I did not get final decision on my application. is any body who knows why it’s happening??

yaa i just got approval today! i send them an enquiry by using web forms and that works for me. You should also try that. Good luck!
