my condition: submitted the extension application last May 2022, I thought I need a few other semesters to graduate, but the registration office told me that I am about to graduate this Fall. My summer course will end on July 26 and my sp is going to expire on July 31.
Awkward, I am about to graduate, and I need PGWP, and covid largely impacted the processing time, and I have the application just submitted last month

I submitted two web forms early this month (June), but no response yet; I also got the eligibility status on the IRCC website switched to "We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements", I am quite confused about this message and It's been 5 days since the status change.
I called IRCC before, and the call dropped right after I waited in the line for 30 mins, I then called them a total of 80 times but none of them got me into the queue again. The situation changed today since I just finished the call with them. It was 3:17, and I luckily got myself into the queue, the robot told me that I need to wait for 77 mins in the queue and asked me if I want to leave a phone number and have a call back later, I took it, just want to try my luck since it's going to be way after 4 pm if the 77mins update was true, so I don't believe them. But guess what, they really called me back at 5 pm!
I told the agent my situation and she updated my profile and entered my application; my question was basically "I noticed the status change, what's going on?" She told me that my eligibility check has the result of a pass and I just need to wait. I was like ???????? I then asked, "do you know how long is it going to be after the eligibility check passed?" She laughed and said she doesn't know that kinda stuff. It was good news (I guess) so I forgot to ask about the web forms I submitted, I am not sure if the web forms are blocking the result since my previous experiences told me that the eligibility check is the only thing they need to do in an application of sp extension.
I will call them early next week for the web form stuff, but I would like to have my story here for some random ideas. Thanks!
