I have recently submitted my spousal sponsorship application for PR (Inland) and my partner received AOR for our application. In the meantime, I need to extend my study permit to finish my degree requirements on time as I want to both study and pay attention to our upcoming newborn baby. Since this might count as a case for a dual intent, should I explain my situation in my letter of explanation? I know that there is a program for OWP, but not sure if I can state it in my study permit extension application, too. Thank you!
