Hello, my study permit has expired for a while now and so I went back home, I didn't renew it because I was having financial problems and i didn't have the required amount to show in my bank to apply for it. So I want to come back and continue my education but is there a way not to do all those application regarding medical tests and criminal check and notaries (because it takes 3 months or longer)? I still am a student accepted my university and have some tuition fee pending so what should I do?
