Hi,
I applied for a Study visa to Canada two and half months earlier but don't get an answer yet, and my classes have also started. I wrote an inquiry to the embassy a month earlier and they emailed me that outside agencies are processing your application". Can someone please suggest to me what can I do in this situation?

Nothing to do but wait. Processing is at least 12 weeks so you are within standard times. You can defer.

Inquiry, Do you mean webform? You can but you are not past normal processing times. You must have applied late for Fall term.
