Study permit approved and applying for express entry

Dear members,

Firstly I am residing in Canada on open workpermit and applied for study permit and my study permit is approved last week.

I do have a double degree as per the WES and 3years of overseas work experiance which makes me elgible for express entry.

Can i apply for express entry while having study permit ? if yes, then below couple of questions

1. are there any implication on applying ?
2. should i provide my study permit details while filling express entry details ?

if you could justify the two things then there is no issue,
and you must provide all details honestly.
