I submitted my study permit application to study in Canada, I filled married in the application form but without any marriage supporting document, I wish to know if this will have any effect on my chances of securing the visa? Will I be treated as married since there is no supporting document to that effect? If granted visa because of other strong reasons showing that I must return after my studies, will the marital status be recognized by the visa office???
