STUDY PERMIT APPLICATION REFUSAL

Hi Folks,

My study permit is refused based on the below 03 points

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your travel history.

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR because I am not satisfied that you intend to be a genuine temporary resident of Canada.

my program is starting on 01st of July 2018, I have another 1 1/2 months in my hand to arrive Canada
Kindly advise what I have to do next........

1) Defer your admission immediately. Explain to your school and they should understand.

2) Apply GCMS notes. It'll take a month to arrive.

3) Understand the real reasons in depth, fix your application and apply again.

Travel History is a stupid reason. They gave that to me as i had no travel history and later approved my application even though i applied again with no travel history. I just explained that my parents didn't let me travel as they were never fond of travelling and never let me travel with anyone else as they were overly protective of me and that this makes my ties stronger as i am travelling just for the sake of my education.

My Travel History is as Below

Dec-2012 to Jun-2015 (2Y & 7M) : 3 Months Employment visa & transfer to resident permit (as per the Saudi law) First employment
Oct-2015 to Dec-2017 (2Y & 2M) : 3 Months Employment visa & transfer to resident permit (as per the Saudi law) Second employment
Dec-2016 to Jan-2017 (0Y & 1M) : Visit Visa for Dubai under GCC resident Category.
