This is 2 years program and I have paid a one year fee CAD14300, should I write one year fee or two years?

What approx amount should be for all years, since I will initially book 2 months homestay and will confirm further stay at homestay option after arrival there?

Should I mention GIC amount CAD 10k that I have transferred to a Canadian bank or in addition to that amount should be mentioned?
