Study Permit Application after a series of Refusals and Denied entry

Good day,

I need help making a successful Study visa application for myself and my wife to follow later. I have a series of past visa refusals and denials of entry and ports of entry as follows:
1. 2 USA B1/B2 Visa refusal
2. Two denials of entry at ports of entry. After being successfully granted a visitor visa on my third attempt l was refused entry at the port of entry in Chicago USA and my visa was canceled, since l voluntarily asked to cancel my application for admission. The other one happened in South Africa.
3. 1 Study visa refusal due to the following grounds:

Thank you for your interest in visiting Canada. After careful review of your temporary resident visa application and supporting documentation, I have determined that your application does not meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR). I am refusing your application on the following grounds:
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your travel history.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
• I am not satisfied that you have truthfully answered all questions asked of you.
You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements. All new applications must be accompanied by a new processing fee.

My question is how can l overcome this to get a study visa for Canada. Thank you

Here are my recommendations:
- Not sure how recent the above refusals were, but wait a year or two before submitting a study permit application to Canada.
- Make sure you pick a strong program of study in Canada that shows a progression in your studies and makes sense in light of your previous education and work experience. If you have a bachelor, come to Canada for a master's. If you have master's, come to Canada for another master's or a PhD. Pick a top university (no private universities, no college programs).
- Have a record of previous travel to countries requiring visas such as the UK, Europe.
- Increase your personal savings.
- Buy property in your home country to be able to incerase your ties.
- Be employed at the time you apply for the study permit.

My Canadian visitor visa rejection, as well as my first USA Visitor visa, were both for 2019 followed by another one in early 2020 then in 2021 visa was granted at the USA embassy. Recently in January 2022, that's when l got a denial of entry to the USA in Chicago.

As for properties l already have three fixed properties with title deeds and a permanent job for the past 7 years. I am into Software Engineering Quality Assurance and l was considering applying for a Post Graduate Certificate in Software Quality Assurance and Test Engineering at Conestoga or Centennial - is this even a possibility after a recommendation that l should take a strong program at Masters Level. Additional my worry is about my age, I am 31 and l have a 9 years study gap. l completed my BSs in 2013 with good grades and since then l never attended a school l only did CPD in line with my Software Engineering profession.

In my opinion you need to go for a Master's at a good Canadian university (stay away from private universities). Your profile is quite weak due to all of these refusals and you need to be going for a strong program of study in Canada to have a chance for approval. A post graduate certificate will not be regarded as a strong program of study. That's my opinion.

IMO, you will get refused with another certificate. Even a Master's will be tough due to your refusals but its your best chance
