I am an International student with Study permit expiry on August 31st 2021 after exactly 2 years of studying. My semester ends 10 days before my Study Permit expiry and completion letter from University would take around a month.
I am in Quebec and my CAQ Expires on the same day as my Study permit. I wouldn't have any credits left to ask for an extension of CAQ and Study permit.
Considering Covid scenario settles, how do I proceed with my PGWP ? (I don't want to travel back to my country)

- Do I apply for a Study permit extension (and CAQ) ?
- Do I apply for a Student status restoration after Study permit expiry, while applying for PGWP after Study permit expiry ? ( And would I need a CAQ?)
- Can I apply for PGWP (before my permit expires) and then submit my completion letter ? (this is currently allowed in Covid scenario, not sure after that)
