Study permit 2020 PLS HELP

Hey guys, PLEASE give some advice on what can I do if you’re familiar with this

-I applied on March 6/ online from Mexico, biometrics on March 13, no medical needed, non SDS
-I still haven’t gotten a response on my application, the last update was on June 16 when they started reviewing my eligibility.
-I deferred my program from May to Sept and my classes started today but there are no signs of my study permit being approved yet.

Should I defer again or wait a bit more and see if a miracle happens ? And if I defer do I have to submit my new letter of acceptance via webform again ?

Since you've now just exceeded the processing time estimate on the website you can raise a webform if you would like. If you defer again you will need to submit your new letter of acceptance.

If that was before the processing time estimated on the website then yes, you would just get an automated response. You're meant to wait until after the processing time is exceeded before raising a webform.
