study outside canada after PR?

Hello friends!

I wanted to get some ideas, opinions, tips. I applied for sponsorship for my daughter and it was approved just couple of weeks ago. Can she get the PR and go back again to our country to finish her grade 12. She just wanted to finish it there. Maybe she wanted to spend 1 more year with her friends and classmates before she settles here.
