Study for 6 months course on Open work permit

Hi there

I am sponsored by my wife for PR. I am having open work permit sponsored by her. I am looking to do a few short courses for better job opportunities. I am interested to become a Home Inspector, entire programme is shorter than 6 months. Can I take part while having current work permit? My work permit says I am prohibted to attend any educational institution or vocational training course. Is that for full 1 year programme or for any short course aswell. Please advice.
Any if in case I still do my course, wpuld that be a crime?

Yes, you can take this program. Anything that is shorter than six months is fine.

Could i do apprenticeship in class training aswell? Apprenticeship is like plumbing but in class training is for 2 months a year.

I do not think you can. Generally apprenticeships require you to be a PR or citizen.
 
Okay, is there any web link where i can confirm that i can do less than 6 months course on my current open work permit.
