You can and you will have to extend your study permit with offer letter of second pg degree.

another question please, after finish PG cert + PG cert then what will be PGWP duration "Valid"?
You should get 3 year PGWP but some people have faced issue and not got PGWP. According to the rules you should get 3 years.
Try to do them consecutive. In no case, gap of more than 150 days is allowed.
For 1+1 year courses you may get upto 3 years pgwp.
