Study 2 program in same time

Iam studying in Canada a PhD and i will finished it after 5 years, i want to apply for EE but i want a few more points so can i apply for 1 year diploma during studying my PhD program to get a Canadian certificate to increase CRS point.

Don’t believe you can be registered in 2 programs while on a study permit. If you changed programs you will have to update your CIC profile to the diploma program from the PhD. There isn’t an option to add another program.
