Students applied in july 2020 for study permit

No ,medical is not necessary for eligibility to start. Infact medical is a part of admissibility.
Without eligibility review you can't get your AIP as AIP is issued after the stage 1(eligibility stage)
My old LOA states that the start date is 31 Aug 2020 and will expire on 11 Sep 2020, however my college has changed the start date to 14 Sep 2020 and sent me new one. I had initiated my application with the old one. As I'm yet to receive my AIP and my eligibility review has just begun, should I need to provide latest LOA to IRCC? will there be any impact?

Just got the AIP letter on email from CPC Edmonton (12.55 am IST)
