HI All.
I will be completing my studies on mid of April and i will be getting my degree certificate on mid of June. i cannot apply my PGWP until i get my Degree Certificate ... Can i still work for 20 hours per week once i complete my course until i receive my Degree certificate. my study permit is valid until august .. i want to make sure that i am following the proper / correct procedure and don't want to break any law . Below is what I understood by googling about this issue.
A : After Completing the course & before getting Degree Certificate - I Am allowed to work 20 hours per week since i am still considered as an International Student
B : I am Losing my status as Student as soon as i receive my Degree Certificate & i am not allowed to do any work until i apply my PGWP
C : My status will become " Implied " status once i applied my PGWP and i am allowed to work unlimited hours .
D : I should stop working if my PGWP is refused for some reason and i can continue working full time if my PGWP approved.
I need guidance from others who were on same shoes so i can follow the proper procedure .
