Student with PGWP - Stuck in home country

Student applied for PGWP and left for home country- India. Now she is there and her PGWP is in her post box in Canada.

How can she come back?

How can she come back?

Is the person still has valid visa or ETA? If yes, you can travel with the pgwp application supporting documents and study/work permit is not a travel document. If you doesn't have a valid visa/eta, then apply for a visitor visa. In either case, carry the proof of acceptance of work permit otherwise carry the application along with the payment receipt of pgwp application to explain your return to Canada. It works.
