Student Visitor Visa July 10th Offline Ahmedabad

I applied for Student visitor visa on july 10 2018
I got Visitor Acknowledgement Letter on july 25th
after that nothing has happend no mail no update on my profile
they haven't even started reviewing eligibility of my application .

anyone from visitor visa suffering from same issue?
