I applied for FSW last june, but my noc (2173) was not on the list. Now I'm thinking about doing a Masters in Canada, and after a year, apply for the Experience Class program. I would like to know if there would be any problem on getting a study permit because I had already applied for FSW. I certainly hope not, but I'm worried about it.
