dear expert your advice is needed I have been In canada under visitors visa and I liked a flying school so I applied to take private pilot course for the period of less than 6 months , I told the school to contact transport canada and the athorities wether I can take the corse under my status , the answer was positive and I did complete the course ,, now it's been 2 months since I am back ,, I want to do further studies at the same school ,, I even got an accptence letter from them ,, does that speed up the process of my student visa ???? I want to go fast so I don't forget my previous studies as all builds up specially flying ,,, ... Please do reply me

You can't apply for a study visa unless you have an acceptance letter from a school. So no - having an acceptance letter does not speed up the process. Having an acceptance letter is a requirement of the study visa process.

What about my previous course in Canada and previous visit visa does not speed up the process of the new visa ..???

actually the thing is...i may be wrong and i wish it possibly.....u should have not applied as a student during ur stay in canada as visitor. It my not good look if someone comes to my home and ask for a long stay...u know what i mean. Positively, u should have a strong sop and lor for studies as a genuine studnt. on other side, u returned on time, it will definitely take ur decision on positive side. Best of luck.

My student visa is rejected because I have not provided documents to demonstrate the relationship between me and my sponsor .he is my real uncle what kind of documents they are looking for ? If I apply will they consider me for student visa or no ..I am so upset my class starts November 14th
