student visa rejected under spp .please help

hey guys i got my visa rejected for sept 2017 intake under spp to lambton college for supply chain management. the reason mentioned is only other reason. should i reapply for jan 2018 intake. any possibilities that it would also get rejected.

myself mamzar . im from india. 10th score -68%, 12th score -81% , completed my bcom in august 2016 with 58.5% . ielts score r-5.5, s-6,w-6 , l-7.5
. i went for two months ielts coaching ,wrote exam on jan and then the process started . kept for visa on jun 9th . got passport and rejection letter yesterday saying rejected

Is the program a diploma or post graduate diploma?

Did you include a SOP? Your BCom marks are on the low side - that may have caused concern for CIC.

FYI - you cannot apply under SPP again. You'll need to apply under the regular stream.

its a post graduate diploma. i dont think bcom mark is a prob here bcoz my frnds with lower than this has got approved. i think I'm not lucky enough. so i cant reapply again under spp ohh no . so if im applyng under non spp what are the required document?

What reason they gave for rejection?

I would order your GCSM notes to see the detailed refusal information for your application. It's quite possible your low marks are in fact a problem and you may need to explain them through the SOP the next time you apply.

what if im reapplying for jan 2018 intake. will i get an offer letter because what i heard i is thay they are gonna increase the ielts to individual 6 and overall 6.5 . i have 5.5 in one part. so will that be a problem for gettng an offer letter ?
