student visa rejected under spp .please help

myself mamzar . im from india. 10th score -68%, 12th score -81% , completed my bcom in august 2016 with 58.5% . ielts score r-5.5, s-6,w-6 , l-7.5
. i went for two months ielts coaching ,wrote exam on jan and then the process started . kept for visa on jun 9th . got passport and rejection letter yesterday saying rejected

Is the program a diploma or post graduate diploma?
Did you include a SOP? Your BCom marks are on the low side - that may have caused concern for CIC.
FYI - you cannot apply under SPP again. You'll need to apply under the regular stream.

I would order your GCSM notes to see the detailed refusal information for your application. It's quite possible your low marks are in fact a problem and you may need to explain them through the SOP the next time you apply.
Generic checklistits a post graduate diploma. i dont think bcom mark is a prob here bcoz my frnds with lower than this has got approved. i think I'm not lucky enough. so i cant reapply again under spp ohh no. so if im applyng under non spp what are the required document?
